The 250mm length brush (that only board butter makes) is the best size for both ski and snowboard tuning.
Our nylon roto has shorter bristles than most nylon brushes. Making it very effective for everyday use, especially with our waxes (as even our warm temp is a medium-hard blend, with cold temp wax being quite hard hard).
A lot of core racers will run nylon first, then horsehair for the ultimate polished result.
So, if you are mostly on universal temp waxes and want something efficient to make life easier, nylon is perfect. If you’re chasing performance, race polish, and that extra edge, horsehair is the step up for you.
